Imagine ourselves as a fulltime trainee. How would it change our attitude to the way we see the world? We could learn from every situation. We could develop our delegation skills by observing the way our kids react to our demands, requests, etc. We could learn all about customer service merely by observing our interations with others. We could learn to love through trial and error.

If we put ourselves in learning mode we could transform our lives. Everyone/thing would be our teacher. There would be no failure only feedback, after all we’re a trainee and trainees are allowed to make mistakes, that’s how they learn.
