Operations Management

One day learning session plus optional coaching support. This course will help you combine the role of operational management with operational leadership, you will establish skill gaps that need to be closed and develop a plan to acquire these skills.  Your confidence to do this will also be improved.

Emerging Leader/Manager Sandwich Programme

This highly innovative programme takes a fresh approach to learning and is tailored completely around you and your business environment.

Step 1: Understand needs, Understand each other: Three one and a half hour coaching sessions.

Step 2: Learn New Skills: usually two to four learning sessions.

Step 3: Apply Skills: Three one and a half hour coaching sessions to overcome obstacles.
