This course will help you combine the role of operational management with operational leadership, you will establish skill gaps that need to be closed and develop a plan to acquire these skills. Your confidence to do this will also be improved.
Emerging Leader/Manager Sandwich Programme
This highly innovative programme takes a fresh approach to learning and is tailored completely around you and your business environment.
Step 1: Understand needs, Understand each other: Three one and a half hour coaching sessions.
Step 2: Learn New Skills: usually two to four learning sessions.
Step 3: Apply Skills: Three one and a half hour coaching sessions to overcome obstacles.
