The ‘Power of VII’ (seven) is a must for any MD/CEO/Business owner. The concept is simple:
- • Group of 7 CEOs/MDs meet for every 2 months over a 12 month period (can continue beyond this period if so desired).
- • Location arranged to suit geographic location of members. Usually use a luxury location with nice food.
- • Shared learning and problem solving with group of non competing like minded leaders who are facing and addressing similar challenges.
- • Male and Female.
- • Methodology: Action Learning, Case Studies, Peer coaching and more.
- • The group needs and agenda is very much driven by the group
- • Visiting speakers will be invited to share their experiences similar issues to the members, e.g. strategy, succession planning, business growth, etc.
- • An online website is provided for online interaction and knowledge sharing.
Note: This is not a training programme. It is a powerful shared learning experience with peers who have earned your respect because of what they have achieved and what they know. People who value the confidence and trust within the group.
Investment = circa €2,900 for the year. If you have EI or Ent Board approved funding this may be subsidised by up to 70% (hence net cost is €585)
