How does it work?
THE RIGHT PEOPLE
Each new member is carefully matched with a group of peers where mutual value can be exchanged. You will meet successful business owners/leaders who, like you, know they are capable of more, and are seeking the support and perspective of like-minded professionals.
A SAFE SPACE
Your fellow members are non-competing business owners/leaders with no agenda other than to help you succeed. All members are committed to confidentiality and this trusted space, along with the diversity of backgrounds, bring creative solutions to all business problems.
EXPERT FACILITATION
In-person and online meetings are facilitated by Barry Walsh in a professional setting - providing structure, process and a caring neutrality. All members contribute in order to receive maximum benefit. Discover the power of your own personal advisory board!
Where the magic happens
In a Power of Seven mastermind the agenda belongs to the group -and each person’s participation is crucial. Your peers help you to brainstorm new possibilities and to set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track. Within a community of supportive colleagues, work on overcoming your most critical professional issues and identify opportunities for growth. Your Po7 group is like an objective board of directors, a success team, and a personal peer advisory group - all rolled into one.
How does it help?
OVERCOME ISOLATION
Discover a supportive community of professional peers who share the same challenges, pressures and responsibilities. The power of the group works to motivate, inspire and encourage one another towards success.
MOVE FORWARD
We often get stuck in the details and lose sight of the bigger picture. Your Po7 group will keep you on your toes, help you focus on your goals and act as an accountability partner to keep you motivated and inspired.
ALIGN WORK & LIFE
Waiting until you are successful in business before you enjoy life is a myth. Kids grow up fast, relationships suffer when neglected, and you can only serve if you are nurturing your own wellbeing. The Po7 pillars ensure success across three key areas of self, family and business.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who will be in my group?
You will be carefully matched with people at peer level. For example, if you are a business owner of a mid-sized company you will be matched with other owners of a similar sized company. Other commonalities for matching members are stage of business maturity, personality fit, and gender balance.
How confidential is it really?
Totally confidential. All members sign a confidentiality agreement (Chatham House Rule) and commit to operating in accordance with the Po7 values.
Who facilitates the meetings?
In-person and online meetings are facilitated by Barry Walsh in a professional setting - to provide structure, process and a caring neutrality.
How do I decide between Po7 In-person and Po7 Online?
This is very much down to personal preference and practicalities. If you are someone who is looking to meet and connect with others in-person and you live in Ireland, then the in-person group is for you. On the other hand if your time availability is short and you live further away or abroad, then the online group is possibly for you. Both types of meeting forums work very effectively and in different ways.
