Have a look at this very short clip about observing that what is going on in the inner world of a leader, which is often seen in those around them. Starring Patrick Condon CEO who leads one of the largest architectural basement conversion companies in the USA.
Note how he talks about his strengths and weaknesses. The thought occurred to me to do a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) on myself, just as I did with a client management team yesterday. Feel free to do the same yourself! What about asking someone close to us to do the same on us not them, or maybe you do it both ways! this should make for an interesting discussion with my wife!!!
