The Benefits

Facilitated by your trained staff members, Peer Coaching Circles create a supportive network in which employees can gain strategies for personal and professional growth. Meetings are totally confidential, allow for objective input and constructive feedback, and always conclude with clear, actionable steps. Peer Coaching Circles provide a framework for your company to address it’s most critical issues in a positive, solution-oriented way.

Research indicates that firms with inclusive cultures are better able to attract and engage top talent; expand into new markets and grow market share in existing markets; innovate; engage in creative problem-solving and optimal decision-making.

 Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the model for rolling out PCC in my company?

It's a ’train the trainer’ model. Barry facilitates the first group, ideally at the most senior level. Members of that group are asked to volunteer to be trained as facilitators who then start up their own group.

This cascades down and across the organisation. All facilitators and members can access a private online platform to access all required learning modules, templates and training video’s that allow PCC to take place.

Barry provides the training and support until a 'master trainer’ level is achieved (usually after 2 years). This master trainer then provides the role Barry initially provided. Barry’s role after this is to update the online platform and provide support to a nominated champion who’s role is to manage PCC in your company.

How much does PCC cost?

You pay for per member that joins a group. After discussing your requirements with us we will send you a proposal detailing how the PCC programme will be rolled out and the cost per member.

How does PCC differ from other employee development programmes?

PCC allows peers to learn from each other - the best and most enjoyable way to learn. At the heart of it, PCC is about improving your culture and is designed to engage your staff in a way that not only develops them to do their work better but also to improve their personal lives.

The philosophy behind PCC implementation is to 'teach you to fish' and not be dependent on external providers for your employee professional & personal development.

How confidential is it really?

Confidentiality is the lifeblood of PCC. It offers members a safe space to share in confidence. All members sign a confidentiality agreement (Chatham House Rule) and commit to operating in accordance with the PCC values.
