Po7+ is where you create a 3-year strategic roadmap for both yourself and your business, together with your group. You then work with the support and challenge of your peers as a team to ensure everyone achieves their plan, hence the Po7+ motto 'All for One & One for All’.

Whilst Po7+ groups meet formally every 8 weeks, they are committed to doing whatever it takes to get everyone on the team across the line.

In a regular Po7 you are more of a group where you primary focus in on your own journey but you receive and give help by supporting and challenging each other.

In a nutshell Po7+ is an elevated level of commitment and accountability over a 3 year transformational journey - working as a team.

Po7+ is designed for those with a proven track record of high achievement, and those who are committed to doing whatever is required to reach the highest possible levels of success.

You will be carefully matched with people at peer level. If you are a business owner of a mid-sized company you will be matched with other owners of a similar sized company. Other commonalities for matching members are stage of business maturity, personality fit, and gender balance.

All Po7+ meetings are in-person in a central geographic location in Ireland. All meetings are facilitated by Barry Walsh in a professional setting - providing structure, process and a caring neutrality. Barry also provides 1:1 coaching to support people on their journey (this takes place either online or in-person). 1:1 coaching with your peers on a rotational basis also takes place between meetings to help you progress and keep you accountable.

Po7 is suited to those who know they are generally on the right track but want a greater sense of clarity, purpose and vision. They also want to develop the mindsets, strategies and tactics to succeed in business and life.
